I invite healthcare professionals to open debate around the issues raised in my poster, both those relating to research and to clinical practice.

Dear authors,
Very interesting poster (and related to ours, PO52. We also started to work in a postgresql system).
My (non-registered) colleague is wondering with how many individual datapoints the system is operating (and for how many patients/participants is this)?
In what way do researchers get access/work with the data? Do they get it per participants or for all participants?
What does the released dataset look like?
What metadata is provided?
Thanks! Trynke

Thanks for your comments.
We initially worked with a court of over 400 prostate cancer patients. Our platform allows a large number of Case Report Forms with variables defined by the researcher and according to the needs of the registry.
The complete information is allowed only to medical users within the registry. This includes the treating physician.
However, the general data is available to all users of the platform as long as the informed consent allows it.
All information is available in JSON format and we are currently working on generating customised reports.

Best regards
Patricio Araneda

we are currently working with the doctors on the measurements needed and to define the machine learning routines.

Opendataclinica is designed to be flexible and maintain many diverse registration lines and capacity for thousands of patients and registries.
The next step is the generation of interoperability with FHIR to access hospital records
